Q: Are you factory or trade company?

A: We have really factory with our own mould workshop, own stamping workshop, we supply mainly parts to many factories.

Q:What's your MOQ? What is the CKD and CBU? Can you accept CKD and CBU?

A:The minimum order quantity is 1*40HQ. CBU means loading the complete unit; CKD means loading the spare parts. We can accept CKD or CBU.

Q:Can I customize the product? 

A:Absolutely, we can customize the product according to your need, such as the oven lamp, timer,packaging,logo and so on.

Q: When is your delivery date? What are your payment term?

A:  Our lead time is usually 45 days after receiving the deposit. We accept various payment methods,such as T/T and L/C at sight.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

Usually is 1 year.  1% FOC spare parts with order.

Q: What can I do when I receive the broken products?

A: Firstly, should  take the photos and send us, after we check and confirmed, we will send the products for free.
